It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply; they can be agreed verbally in a meeting or via email. If a Client accepts a quote, then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Charges for services to be provided by W3Clickers are defined in the project quotation that the Client receives via e-mail. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. W3Clickers reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quotation after expiry of the 30 days.
Our Payment Terms
W3Clickers will install and publicly post or supply the Client’s website by the date specified at the date agreed with Client upon W3Clickers receiving initial payment, unless a delay is specifically requested by the Client and agreed by W3Clickers.
In return, the Client agrees to delegate a single individual as a primary contact to aid W3Clickers with progressing the commission in a satisfactory and expedient manner.
During the project, W3Clickers will require the Client to provide website content; text, images, movies, and sound files.
Content Responsibility
Timeline & Delivery
If the required content is not provided within 60 days, W3Clickers reserves the right to impose an additional charge of 25%. If the content is not provided within 3 months, the project may be closed, and the remaining balance will become immediately payable.
Client agrees to reimburse W3Clickers for any additional expenses necessary for the completion of the work. Examples would be purchase of special fonts, stock photography, etc. (you will be notified of this before we purchase the item via telephone or email). This plan does not include paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Boosted Posts) unless separately agreed. Custom content (e.g., video editing, graphics beyond the defined scope) may incur additional charges.
W3Clickers strives to ensure the website functions properly on the most commonly used browsers. However, if issues arise with newer browser versions, an additional fee may be charged to fix them.
Failure to make payment within 30 days will be considered a default, and website files may be removed from hosting. In the event of default, the client will be responsible for legal fees and collection agency charges.
The client must submit a written cancellation request. Payment must be made for the work completed so far, and any advance payments are non-refundable.
Our Cancellation Policy
All W3Clickers services may be used for lawful purposes only. You agree to indemnify and hold W3Clickers harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our service that damages you or any other party.
The copyright of the content provided by the client will remain with the client. W3Clickers will have permission to use and publish it. The client must ensure that all submitted files are copyright-free or properly licensed.
Content must be provided in electronic format, such as email, Word document, or via FTP. Images should be submitted in high-quality print or electronic formats (.gif, .jpeg, .png, .tiff).
A link to W3Clickers will appear on the website in small font or as a graphic. W3Clickers reserves the right to showcase the website in its portfolio.
If the client’s website is hosted on a third-party server, temporary FTP access must be provided to W3Clickers.
W3Clickers will not be responsible for any changes made to the website by third parties after the website has been handed over.
W3Clickers may purchase a domain on behalf of the client, but domain renewal is the client’s responsibility.
These terms and conditions override all previous agreements. The client's signature or online payment signifies acceptance of these terms.
This agreement will be governed under the laws of England.
W3Clickers will not be held liable for:
W3Clickers’ total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
If any provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and will be replaced with a valid and enforceable alternative where necessary.
